Christel Quek is a technology executive and entrepreneur based in London. She is the co-founder of BOLT Global.

Christel is originally from Singapore. She attended the National University of Singapore where she earned a BA in Geography.

Early in her career, Quek was the Community Marketing Manager at SocialEyes and Global Social Manager at the Havas Media Group.

In 2012, she became the Regional Social Business Lead for Samsung Asia and a year later became the Head of Content at Twitter. Quek became the Vice President of the Asia Pacific region of Brandwatch, a social media monitoring company.

Since September 2017, Quek has been the CMO of Zilliqa, a next-generation high throughput blockchain platform. In addition she in the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer on BOLT Global, an international entertainment company. BOLT provides entertainment and content to Kenya, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei, with more countries planned to be added in the future.

Quek currenlty serves as an Advisory Board Member to Lightbulb Capital.
