Early Life
Chris was born on February 5, 1975 in Monterey, California. His family moved to Missoula, Montana, when he was just 2 yrs old. He was raised there only.
Education
Chris did his schooling from Montana only.
He went to the University of Montana and studied arts, fine arts and painting. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1998.[2]
Career
Chris started working as a Freelance illustrator for a living and he was an avid Skateboarder and Snowboarder before taking comedy as a profession. His work was featured on several magazines, and on skateboard graphics and album covers. He started an entertainment career in 1999. He worked as a comedian for many TV Production houses and channels in his long career of 21 years. [7]
FUEL TV
He started Television journey as a Stand-up comedian in 1999 on American sports channel FUEL TV (now known as Fox Sports 2). He is still associated with them as a comedian till now. In the span of 21 years, he not only served as a stand up comedian, but also performed various roles like associate segment producer, Correspondent, panelist and also a writer.[2]
TruTV
He is associated with Trutv and has played various roles in American Reality Comedy TV series, truTV Presents: World's Dumbest.... The show was aired on Tru TV from 2008 to 2014. Chris worked as an actor in many episodes on the show. He also produced and directed a few episodes.[4]
He has performed for well known American TV Channels and shows like @midnight, Fox TV's Punchline, HBO’s ‘Crashing (U.S. TV series)’, Amazon Studios ’s ‘One Mississippi (TV series)’, Comedy Central’s ‘Corporate’ and the film ‘Punching Henry (2016)’ starring J. K. Simmons. He was also featured on Conan (talk show), Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Vh1 & MTV, and also on NBC's Last Comic Standing.
His comedy album, “Fairbanks!” was named one of Amazon Music’s Top Ten in 2010. He also hosts a Podcast, “Do You Need a Ride”, with “My Favorite Murder ” fame Karen Kilgariff.[6] On the podcast, they shuttle their guests to or from the airport, somewhat dangerously, in a ’08 Honda Accord mobile sound studio.[5]
He continuously traveled and performed in many cities all over the United States and he still enjoys going on tours.[25][27]
