Chris Boswell (Dubai Real Estate Broker)

Chris Boswell (born March 27, 1982) is a Dubai-based real estate broker.^[1]

Career

Boswell has sold over US$1.16 Billion in Dubai, London, Los Angeles, Paris and New York Real Estate.^[2] Since 2006 he has sold 100 Palm Jumeirah properties.

In 2015 he brokered a US$50m (AED185m) beachfront home sale which remained the highest private residence sale in Dubai's history for seven years.^[3] The deal also represented the most expensive private home to be ever sold on Palm Jumeirah.^[4]

In May 2021, Boswell represented Seller, German Property Developer, Holger Albers for a US$19m Palm Jumeirah Villa sale, setting another record for a property of it's type.^[5]^[6]
