William "Chipper" Grogg was a 15-year-old from Canton, Ohio.
Life and Activities
Chipper grew up in Canton and attended Sandy Valley High School where he was well-liked by his peers and superiors and was going to be a junior in the fall. An athlete, Chipper was a member of his school's football and wrestling squads. In his free time, Chipper enjoyed being around his family and friends. Chipper is remembered for his infectious smile, his ability to light up a room, and his kindness towards others.
Death

During the early morning of July 6th, Chipper was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a crash on State Route 171.
He died from his injuries.
A GoFundMe was created to help pay for his funeral expenses. Visitation is taking place on July 9, 2017, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. [1]
