Missing and Child Neglect

This is a bit of the footage of Cindy inside the store.
At around 5:00 p.m., March 12th, 2017 on Sunday, Cindy was doing some shopping at the Food 4 Less located 4250 Van Buren Blvd. when she had left her daughter behind as she shopped around the store. A fellow shopper saw the little girl looking for her mommy, and found Cindy ready at the check-out. Cindy, reportedly, told the woman who had found her daughter to "just leave her". According to surveillance, she never bothered to look for the toddler once. Cindy then left the store after paying her groceries and never chose to take her child with her. [0]
On Monday, the following day, the child had not yet been reported missing and the authorities put her under Child Protective Services.
Riverside Police Department then released a surveillance video of Cindy leaving her child in the store. [2]
