Charles Wasko is the mayor of the small town of West York, Pennsylvania.
In September 2016 he posted incredibly bigoted Facebook posts with gorillas and a lynching reference on his Facebook page in reference to President Barack Obama and "moving day" as his two terms in office come to a close.
