Jorge Ramirez (born August 16, 1999), is an American rapper from Belleville, Illinois. He is best known for his songs Tokyo**,Dlow, andLame. ^[4] [4][3]

Ramirez was first introduced to music as his mother would play him songs and sing along with him to teach him words.

He was introduced to the hip-hop and rap scene when his older cousins would blast music loudly at night to where he couldn't sleep. Growing up he listened to artists such as Eminem , Lil Wayne , Akon , Bright Eyes , The Killers andmore. ^[1]

Ramirez begin making music by recording and remixing tunes on his cellphone.

He started taking music seriously when Nelly co signed him and invited him to record at his studio located in St. Louis . ^[2]

Banz eventually dropped out of Collinsville High School to pursue his musical career. ^[7]

Since recording with Nelley, everyone knew him as Chapo or the kid who met Nelly Nelly .

He steadily grew his fanbase by releasing music on Twitter and Instagram . He has released a couple of happy up tone melodic tracks which caught attention of major labels and artist. Since his melodic profession journey, he has made associations with rap stars such as Chief Keef and Famous Dex . ^[7]

ChapoBanz released the song titledEver Since.ft.

Pluto which gained 241,000 streams in 2 weeks hitting SoundCloud'snew hot charts, that also led to famous artist co signing that song such as Lil Uzi Vert , Post Malone , Waka Flocka , XXXTentacion , Slim Jimmy , Chief Keef, Lil Durk, among others. Rich The Kid had also reached out to Ramirez and released a song titledDat Trap Talk. ^[7]

After the release of his latest single,Tokyo, he has been featured on The Rapfest and Hotnewhiphop. Ramirez is currently working on his debut project titled Tokyo Love. ^[0]
