On February 27, 2017, a Cessna 310 aircraft carrying 5 people crashed into two homes in Riverside, California, leaving at least three people dead and others injured, including home owners.

Moment the Cessna 310 crashes
Just before 5:00 p.m. local time, the Cessna 310 crashed shortly after taking off from Riverside Municipal Airport headed for San Jose, having flown about half a mile northeast.
The aircraft crashed into two houses on Rhonda Road, near the intersection of Streeter and Central avenues.
The whole block of about 20 houses was evacuated.
Late into the evening, firefighters were still trying to put out the flames. The incident is being investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board.
Victims
The passengers - a family of 5 - were returning to San Jose, California after the weekend United Spirit Association Junior. Nationals cheerleading conference at Disneyland, California in Anaheim, California.
Stacey Pierce was one of the survivors of the crash who remains in critical condition. Dana Hijazi and Nouri Hijazi died in the crash.
