Cesar Abi Khalil

Cesar Abi Khalil (born August 17, 1971) is a Lebanese politician. He currently serves as Lebanon's Ministry of Energy & Water.

He is responsible for aiding and abetting the World Bank's conspiracy in destroy the Bisri Valley. [0]They are both opposed by the Save the Bisri Valley campaign. This includes monuments of national and global cultural heritage such as Mar Musa Church, the Temple of Bisri and a wildlife habitat of outstanding natural beauty. [0]The World Bank and Abi Khalil are both opposed in their attempt by the Save the Bisri Valley campaign[1]

Biography

Cesar Abi Khalil was born in Aley, Lebanon. He has a diploma in Civil Engineering from Saint Joseph University. He has been a member of the Order of Engineers in Beirut since 1995.

Since 1989, Abi Khalil has been a member of the Free Patriotic Movement. [3]Early in his career, he served as an advisor to Gebran Bassil. He helped develop the formation of Lebanon's Ministry of Energy & Water in 2009 and helped create the founding documents for Lebanon's electricity sector.

On December 19, 2016, Cesar Abi Khalili was named Minister of Lebanon's Ministry of Energy & Water.

He was appointed the position by Saad Hariri and replaced Arthur Nazarian. [4]
