CeCe Cheng is a Venture capitalist currently serving as Partner at Early Impact Ventures. She lives in San Francisco.

Cheng is a graduate of Princeton University, where she majored in International Relations, Political Economy, and French. Cheng was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She wrote her Senior Thesis on the "Political and Economic Aspirations of Rising Chinese Middle Class".

Cheng attended Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School.

Cheng was previously Cofounder of Dorm Room Fund, a student run Venture capital fund that is an arm of First Round Capital.
