Carlo Marks (born August 24, 1982) is a . He is well known for playing Eddie in the 2013 film, Scarecrow and Ian Thomas in the 2010 television series, Pretty Little Liars.^[1]

Withan energy for acting at a youthful age, Marks started taking classes and showing up in promotions.

In 2005, he showed up in his originally credited TV job where he played a muscle head in the arrangement Pure Pwnage.

From that time on he has kept on showing up in both TV and film.[1]

Marks was born and raised in Tofino, Canada.^[1]
