Mickey Russell shot Cara to death before killing himself at her office in Denver, Colorado.

On Wednesday June 28, 2016 at around 2:30 p.m he walked in to Cara's office in the Alliance Center at 1562 Wynkoop in the LoDo area of downtown Denver.

Mickey shot Cara multiple times with a handgun before shooting himself.

By the time Denver Police arrived both Mickey and Cara were dead.
