Overview
The California Adult Use of Marijuana Act (AUMA) is an initiative that is set to be on California voter ballots in November of 2016.
The initiative would legalize the sale of one ounce of marijuana and growth of 6 personal plants per person, provided they are above the age of 21.
The bill has a broad coalition comprised of former Facebook president Sean Parker, the NAACP, NORML and the California Democratic Party.
