Bush Did 9/11

Bush Did 9/11

'Bush Did 9/11' is a phrase that gained popularity around 2015-2016, particularly in conspiracy and meme communities.

The memes typically seek to link George W. Bush to the 9/11 attacks, citing Osama Bin Laden's prior membership in the Central Intelligence Agency, "Lucky" Larry Silverstein's $4bn insurance claim on the towers and the fact that "jet fuel can't melt steel beams".

Although these memes are in some regards satirical, many claim George W. Bush either had knowledge or personally profited from the 9/11 attacks.

The memes serve as modern day political cartoons, being shared mostly on social media platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.

George W. Bush alludes to there being a large conspiracy in the following video: [2]
