Bunty King and the Youtube Skeptic Community

Bunty King was born and raised in Montreal to Indian-immigrant parents.

Growing up, Bunty admitted that he was bullied over his race by white kids while also not being accepted by people of his own ethnicity.

In addition, his family is estranged from his own extended family.

All of these negative actions against white and brown people molded King's views on race.

Bunty admits to having an inferiority complex in his youth and reaching adulthood for being brown and desired to go to India where he felt like he would be accepted more.

Bunty was raised Sikh but converted to Christianity when he was 16 while attending a Christian school in hopes of being accepted more in the wider society he grew up in. Yet once King realized that he was barely treated any differently than before, he gave up organized religion altogether. After high school, Bunty went to college to study cinema, media, and communications. Besides being a social media personality, today Bunty works as a digital marketing manager for Kiko Marketing.

YouTube and Twitter Presence

Bunty originally started making YouTube videos in 2016 to a gaming oriented audience. He would talk in an Indian accent because that is what he thought what his audience, specifically white people, wanted. During and after the election of Donald Trump as President, Bunty re-evaluated the content he was producing and decided to give more cultural and political commentary. Towards the end of 2016 and early 2017, Bunty became Red pilled and joined Youtbe's skeptic/anti-SJW community.

Feud with Tariq Nasheed

For a period of time, King was trolling Tariq Nasheed on Twitter to point out his race baiting and polarizing practices. At the culmination of the feud, King tweeted a video of him having a beer at a festival in Montreal that inadvertently showcased the city's diversity and questioned Tariq about his wealth. His Twiter account was suspended after the video.
