Bruce McArthur is a self-employed landscaper residing in Thorncliffe Park, Toronto. [1]

Personal Life, Education & Career

McArthur worked as Santa at a local mall, Agincourt Mall in Scarborough, for at least two years, in 2015 and 2016. [1]

He attended Fenelon Falls Secondary School. [1]

Gay Village Murders

On Thursday, January 18, 2018, McArthur was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the disappearance of Andrew Kinsman and Selim Esen in Toronto's Gay Village. [1]

Authorities have also begun searching other properties connected with McArthur, four in Toronto and one in Madoc. [1]

They also believe McArthur is responsible for the deaths of other men who have yet to be identified.

[1] T he bodies of Esen and Kinsman have yet to be found, but police stated they are knowledgable what their cause of death was.

The murders bared similarity to Stephen King's Lawnmower Man.
