He is a 16-year-veteran on the force who is assigned to the 19th precedent on the Upper East Side.

[1]He is originally from Raheny, Ireland, a suburb north of Dublin and moved to the United States in 1993.

Attack and Recovery

On September 15th, O'Donnell was assaulted with a meat cleaver by Akram Joudeh.
