On February 11, 2017, Brian was arrested in connection to the death of Reagan Tokes. Grove City Police arrested Brian after finding Reagan Tokes' car near his Columbus residence and matching his DNA with evidence gathered in and around her car. He was charged with aggravated murder, kidnapping and aggravated robbery.
