Brent Goodfellow is a name partner at the Oregon firm of Goodfellow & Cottle. Brent was admitted in 2003 to practice law in the Oregon State Courts and in 2008 in the US District Court of Oregon. His judicial experience includes McMinnville Municipal Court Judge Pro Tempore (2006-2016), Carlton Municipal Court Judge Pro Tempore (April, 2007-2016) and Circuit Court Judge Pro Tempore (October, 2008-2016). He regularly presided over juvenile and family law matters. He is the past president of the Yamhill Country Bar Association and is the Co-Chair of the Yamhill County Family Law Advisory Committee and Revised Supplemental Local Rules for Family Law. Mr. Goodfellow is a member of the Oregon State Bar Family Law Section. He was selected a SuperLawyers Rising Star from 2010 - 2016. He was selected a SuperLawyer for 2019.
Mr. Goodfellow speaks fluent Japanese and is published with the Willamette Law review. Outside of work he coached with the Junior Baseball Organization and also coached youth football and basketball. He enjoys triathlons and has completed multiple Ironman distance races. 
In 2016, Mr. Goodfellow represented the family of a girl groped by Chad Camp.
