Brandon Clark is an American man who is allegedly responsible for the death of Bianca Devins.

Brandon Clark, who also used the name Brandon Kuwaliski, is from Cicero, New York. ^[2]

Devins and Clark attended a concert by Canadian musician Nicole Dollenganger the night before the murder.

Clark was supposed to be Devins’ ride home.

Then Clark and Devins reportedly met up with another person, a male, at the concert.

The three reportedly smoked weed in Clark’s car together before Clark and Devins drove home.

In DMs with another friend on the Discord server that were shared with Rolling Stone, Devins makes reference to Clark being “so mad” that she held hands with this person and kissed him at the show.

Utica Police began searching for Brandon Clark and Bianca Devins after receiving a call from a concerned family member about 7 a.m. on Sunday, July 14.^[1]

On Sunday morning, police in Utica, New York arrived onto a scene to investigate an alleged homicide.

There, they found Clark outside an SUV saying he had killed his girlfriend and threatening to kill himself, according to local news reports.

After this it was discovered Clark had posted photos of the murder on his now deleted Instagram account 'YesJuliet', and had also uploaded his interactions with police on his Snapchat.^[2]

Clark has since been rushed to the hospital and is in critical condition after inflicting multiple wounds to himself.^[1]
