On Tuesday, December 26, 2017, the bodies of Myers, Jeremiah Myers, Shanise Myers and Mells were found by the property manager at Shanta's residence on 158 Second Ave. at around 12:50 p.m. local time.
Authorities believe the victims were targeted.
They stated the incident was not a random act.
Investigators are also actively seeking a suspect, though they said they're not sure if more than one person was involved in the killings.
The bodies were found tied up with their throats cut.
