Arrest
On February 4, 2017, he was arrested after being involved in an altercation with his fellow Phi Delta Theta brother, Caleb Zweig, which left Caleb dead. [1]
The altercation happened on a sidewalk shortly after 11:00 on February 3, 2017, both students had been drinking. People saw one of the students choking the other student.
When emergency crews arrived, they found Caleb Zweig unconscious. They took him to Indiana Regional Medical Center where he died shortly after midnight. Police later arrested DiStefano.
