Boott Mill Sandwich is an iconic breakfast sandwich from Lowell, Massachusetts ^[1] It is eggs, homefries, cheese, and meat (bacon, sausage, ham, corned beef hash) served on a toasted bulky roll. ^[1] It was served at Arthur's Paradise Diner, a steeetcar diner, and is also available at other popular eateries such as Fitzy's. It is available in single, double, or triple meat and with "natural gas" (baked beans?). ^[1] It was served to workers from across the street at the Boott Mills cotton mill working across the street beginning in 1937. The tribute song The Boott Mill Flavor by Daemon Chili celebrates the sandwich and eatery.
