The idea of the company was first hatched in 2010 after the founders, Randy Goldberg and David Heath, heard the statistic that socks are the most requested item in homeless shelters.

After a few years of R&D research, coordinating product production, and raising 140,000 on Indiegogo, the company launched its first line in 2013.

[6]They were featured on Shark Tank.
