Blaise got her start in Broadcast journalism reporting news on-air for WRCR AM 1300 Radio Rockland in Nanuet, New York. She was then involved as an on-camera reporter for Time Warner Cable's Cable 6 News in Middletown, New York.

After her graduation, in January 2007, she started out as a freelance reporter in for News 12. She is now the general assignment reporter in Orange County for news 12 Hudson Valley. She has been nominated for a Emmy for her reporting. Nationally she's been recognized for breaking news stories.
