As a Work and Organisational Psycholgist, my aim is to work in the field of mental health and well-being with a focus on increasing the accessibility to mental health services, and changing the way mental health is perceived in India.

I would like to do this by optimising the mental health and performance of individuals and their environment which include their communities, places of work and places of education.

I currently work with Medall Healthcare, a start-up in the health care industry.

I head the Behavioral Health Division and through this, I am involved in setting up avenues of help, and increasing accessibility to mental health services, with specific emphasis on urban India.
