Stephens graduated from Goochland High School.

Death

On Thursday December 14, 2017, Stephens’ body was discovered by Goochland deputies at about 8:20 p.m. local time in a wooded area near the 2200 block of Manakin Road.

Her pit bulls initiated a violent attack on her while she was out walking them. [1] She was taken to the ground, lost consciousness, and the dogs then mauled her to death. [1]

The dogs were taken by the Goochland Animal Control where they will be euthanized. [1]
