Best Iwueze was born July 1, 1999 into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Iwueze from Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. She is a free spirited person who loves singing and Social media. She is a member of the celebrated childhood Musical ensemble, Destiny kids.She was quite young during the group's glory days but still had a way of gaining people's attention. She is bright, easy going and currently one of the kids who still have a good rapport with fans on social media platforms. She is signed to God's Mercy Connection, a prominent Record label for gospel singers in Imo State.

Best Iwueze had her Primary education and Secondary education in Imo State. She then proceeded to the University and her course has remained undisclosed.
