On Saturday February 10, 2018, Walsh allegedly fatally stabbed Olivia Bergstrom at his apartment in Needham.
Bergstrom was found dead in Walsh's apartment after police were first called to a Millis, Massachusetts restaurant where investigators stated Benjamin attacked his two parents with a knife.
Family members subdued Benjamin at the Primavera restaurant and tied him up.
Police were called to the scene at around 7:00 p.m. local time and took Benjamin into custody.
