Ben Solarz is an American generalist stock investor for SPO Partners. ^[1] He is based in Mill Valley, California. ^[1] Solarz was selected to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2017 for the Finance category.

Ben is originally from Rye Brook, New York and graduated from Blind Brook High School. He attended Yale University and earned B.A. in 2009. ^[1]

Throughout college, Ben worked at the Yale Investments Office.
