Ben started his career in 2004 as a Study Engineer at Spanish National Research Council. From 2006 to 2008, he worked as a Teaching Assistant at National University of Distance Education. From 2011 to 2014, he served as a Music Markets Conference Manager at Reed MIDEM. From 2014 to 2015, he was a Head of Conferences & Content at LeWeb, the international conference for digital innovation. In 2016 he was a Curator at Mondial Innovation Forum.
From 2012 to 2017, Ben worked as an Instructor in Global Entertainment and Music Business at Berklee College of Music. From 2015 to 2017, he served as a Curator at Symposium Stockholm. In 2015, Ben became the Founder of Startup Sesame, the global network of tech events. He is also the Founder of Disrupción Records and Connectors Studio.
In 2004, Ben received a Master of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Université Lumière-Lyon-II. In 2012 he obtained a his Master's in Business Management of Cultural and Creative Industries from École supérieure de commerce de Dijon-Bourgogne. In 2011, he covered doctoral program in Economics and Business Management from Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena.
