As well as being responsible for the $20,000,000 record breaking sale of a home in the Beverly Hills Trousdale Estates, which was purchased as a tear down, Ben was also involved in the $75,000,000 sale of the most expensive house sold in Malibu, the sale of Madonna's home in Beverly Hills, which sold for $19,500,000, and the sale of Megan Ellison’s (film producer and Oracle heir) compound on Nightingale Drive which totaled over $47,000,000.
