Dan Katz, better known as Big Cat, is a blogger and podcast host for Barstool Sports. [4] He is based in Chicago. Katz is known for co-hosting the popular sports/comedy podcast, Pardon My Take. [4]

Biography

Katz joined David Portnoy at Barstool Sports in its early days. [7] He is the host of Pardon My Take alongside PFT Commenter, a podcast that uses satire and comedy to comment on traditional sports media. Pardon My Take started in 2016 and has grown to average between 750,000 and 1.5 million listeners per episode. [3] Apple named Pardon My Take one of the twelve best podcasts of 2016 and in 2017 The Big Lead in Big Cat and PFT Commentator as the #1 sports media talents under the age of 40. [6] [5] In addition to Pardon My Take, Katz hosts Evening Yak and The Rundown. [4]
