Barry Jhay was born on February 13,1993 in Ayeye, Ibadan^[4][5] Nigeria. He also hails from the lineage of the late Fuji Icon Ayinde Barrister (his father).

He is a fast rising Nigerian music artist and songwriter and is known for some of his songs like 'Olodo' and 'Go Down'.

He is a very talented and creative Musician, who tries to make an impression in the music scene and setting his tone among the top of its type.
