Baron Osterman
Baron Osterman is a police officer in the Cincinnati Police Department.
In March 2016, a video of Baron harassing and detaining a black man named Chris Harrell went viral on the Internet.
In 2003, Officer Osterman was involved in the death of a black man, Nathaniel Jones, in a White Castle restaurant.

[6]Osterman was also accused of using excessive force in April 2015 but was exonerated.
