Avonlea Elkins (born August 31, 1992) is an American model, rancher, and reality television personality based out of Fort Worth, Texas. She has appeared as a contestant on Season 24 of The Bachelor.^[17][25]

Avonlea was born on August 31, 1992 into a cattle ranching family.

Until she was 13 years of age she lived on a ranch with her parents and siblings.

Avonlea's mother was a flight attendant and met her future husband aboard a plane while she was working. Elkins has a brother named Colt and another named TJ. She also has a sister named Savanah.^[19]

Elkins still helps out with the family business in cattle ranching and also practices modeling, often posing wearing local Texan fashion designers.

She has worked as a Sales Representative for Elkins Tri Steel, LLC and as the Project Manager for Elkins Harware Inc. since 2014.

She has been employed as a Project Manager at DBE Cattle Company for over 20 years, since 2000.^[21]

She is signed to The Campbell Agency and has been a fashion model with them since November of 2017. The agency is located in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas of Texas.^[21]

Prior to working with her current agency she was signed as a model for The Clutts Agency Inc. from May of 2011 to May of 2014.^[21]

When attending Texas Christian University she commented on how the ranch always calls her back home,^[27]

On January 6, 2020 Avonlea made her reality television debut on Season 24 of The Bachelor. Caves is one of the thirty female contestants on the show competing to marry bachelor Peter Weber.^[20]

She was eliminated in the first week of the competition.

Elkins was one of eight women that was chosen to go home out of the 30 that started off the series.^[28]

Avonlea attained a degree in Ranch Management from Texas Christian University. At her mother's behest she jointed the Ranch Management program, at first Avonlea was against it, stating in an interview with the university,^[27]

On Instagram she has amassed over 22,000 followers as of January 2020. She often posts selfies and modeling photos. She also promotes her personal stylists and clothing brands. Avonlea also posts photographs featuring her friends and family. Her handle on the platform is @a.v.o.n.l.e.a.^[22]

Avonlea's astrological sign is Virgo. She enjoys playing golf, listening to audiobooks, and cooking. She also plays the guitar and is a certified scuba diver.^[26]
