Sambora was born and raised in the state of California to parents Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora. ^[undefined] she grew up in the town of Calabasas and greater Los Angeles for most of her life. ^[undefined] She is a graduate of Viewpoint School in which she was on the cheerleading squad. She had a 4.2 GPA and was offered 11 scholarships by four-year colleges. ^[1]

She started modeling in her late teens for beach apparel companies.

She is the
