Career

Since 2011, Aura has worked in Corporate development specialist at Google, based in Mountain View, California. She leads execution of M&A and Strategic Investments deals; works closely with engineering and product teams to define strategy, seek approval from senior management, evaluate target technology/teams, and manage a cross-functional team to execute on transactions. Aura performs M&A leading for Access Services (wireless and wireline efforts), Infrastructure, and Motorola (sold to Lenovo). [1]

Between April, 2005 and July, 2011 Aura worked as a Director of Strategy and M&A at Qualcomm, based in Greater San Diego Area. [1] Her key responsibilities included strategy development and M&A execution, working closely with senior executives. Moreover, she developed and managed overall business model for 500+ person business unit, led wireless spectrum acquisitions, collaborated on distribution and content deals. [1]

From July, 2004-April, 2005 Aura was a Product marketing specialist at Peregrine Systems (now HPQ). [1]

From May-September, 2003 Aura had worked as a Investment Banking Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley, dealing with technology investment banking and projects in telecom, pharmaceuticals, and biotech. She was offered full time position upon graduation. [1]

From June, 2001-July, 2002 Aura was a Fullbright Fellow in Strategic planning at Telmex. She researched the privatization of the telecommunications industry and conducted research and analysis to support M&A transactions and Regulatory processes. [1]

Previously, in June, 1999-July, 2001, Aura worked as a Manager at Navigant Consulting, focusing on economic and strategy consulting. She was promoted to Manager at an accelerated pace. [1]

Education

In 2002-2004 Aura was a student of Tuck School and graduated with MBA in General management. While studying, she was a member of Finance Club. [1]

From 2001-2002 Aura received a certificate in Financial econometrics, being a Fullbright Fellow at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. There she researched the privatization of the Telecommunications industry in Mexico. [1]

In 1995-1999 Aura Greenberg studied at University Of California-Berkeley and graduated as a B.A. in Political economics. [1]
