Augustus Cooper Resurreccion is an Associate Professor at the University of the Philippines Diliman Institute of Civil Engineering. ^[0]He is the current Associate Dean for Instructions and Research of the UPD College of Engineering, Project Leader of the Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) Program and the Project Leader of Water Quality Monitoring and Modeling of Surface Waters nearby Mining Sites in Itogon, Benguet. His interests include Soil physics and GeoEnvironmental Engineering, Water Quality Modeling, Greenhouse Gas Emission Studies, Solid Waste Management, Constructed Wetlands among others. ^[0]

Early life

According to his Facebook account, Dr. Augustus Cooper Resurreccion was born in Marikina city. ^[3]He went to Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College (OLOPS College or simply OLOPSC), a private, non-sectarian, educational institution located in Concepcion, Marikina, Philippines . At OLOPSC he graduated the class of 1992. [4]

Education

Augustus Resurreccion graduated with degrees in BS Geodetic Engineering at the University of the Philippines Diliman in 1997. Later he received the Master of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Saitama University, Japan. ^[1]Ten years after receiving the Bachelor's degree, in 2007, Mr. Resurreccion graduated with a degree in Ph.D. in Biological and Environmental Sciences at Saitama University. ^{[1] [3]}
