Marriage Proposal

On June 25th, 2016, Greenhalgh's family held a luncheon with her closest relatives and friends to celebrate her 21st birthday and high school graduation.

During the luncheon, her boyfriend of two years, Danny Griffiths, got down on his knees and proposed with a promise ring, saying: 'Will you marry me?

Will you be my wife?' Greenhalgh reacted enthusiastically, responding: 'It's a ring!

I'm going to be married!'^[3]

After the proposal, Greenhalgh's sister announced that they would be getting married in four years, citing that they are still very young and would like to be able to financially support themselves first.
