Artyom Shustov was a 19 year old Russian teenager whose decapitated body was found in Komsomolsk-on-Amur on October 28, 2016.

On October 30, 2016, Nikita Rasskazov was arrested after he confessed to decapitating Shustov.

Nikita Rasskazov accused Shustov of forcing himself upon his girlfriend, Olena Matsneva at a party.

The teenagers agreed to meet at Zheleznodorozhnikov (Railway Workers) Park in Komsomolsk-on-Amur to talk about the incident when an argument ensued resulting in Nikita Rasskazov taking a kitchen knife out of his backpack, stabbing Shustov twice and decapitating him.

He then dragged the headless body to another part of the park and put the victim's student papers on his chest.
