Arnold Demoski is an eskimo born in 1980 in Alaska.
In 2016 he drunkenly drove his snowmobile into the dog sled teams of Aliy Zirkle and Jeff King during the Iditarod race in Alaska.
King and Zirkle reported the incident as an "act of terrorism".
One of the dogs died and multiple were injured.
Demoski claims to have no memory of the incident and only realized he committed the act the next morning after watching the news and seeing his snowmobile.
Just before being arrested Demoski recorded a video apologizing for the drunken act.
The judge stated it was an act of terrorism and released him with $50,000 bail under custody and the contingency that he could not leave Fairbanks North Star Borough.
Growing up King was Demoski's favorite musher.
