Aristotle T. Ubando
Ubando, Aristotle is an Associate Professor of the Mechanical Engineering Department of De La Salle University, Manila, The Philippines with a research interest in Energy systems optimization, environmental assessment and management, and biosystems and agricultural engineering.
Education
Aristotle is a recipient of the Fulbright Foundation for Doctoral Dissertation Program at the University of Arizona and Texas A&M University in the field of Microalgal Multifunctional Bioenergy Systems in 2013-2014. He holds BA in Mechanical Engineering from the De La Salle University, MA in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman, and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the De La Salle University.

Career
Ubando currently leads a USAID STRIDE PURE Grant project on the life-cycle assessment of algal biofuels in The Philippines.
It is my mission to give back to the Philippines through capacity building projects and research publications, said Aristotle.
