Arieyana Simone Forney is an 11-year-old girl from Charlotte, North Carolina. ^[2]She is a Christian. ^[5]

On April 2nd, 2017, Forney was abducted by her uncle, Curtis Atkinson Jr, who has a criminal history.

When police arrived at her home located at the 7500 block of Glencannon Drive, they discovered two dead bodies of Forney's grandparents/guardians, Curtis and Ruby Atkinson.

An AMBER Alert had been issued for her. ^[3]

Forney was last reported to possibly be in a white 2005 Chevrolet Impala with a North Carolina license plate of PAV4294 that left the scene.

She is black and listed as 5'3'', weighs 130 lbs, has brown eyes, and long straight black hair.

Her abductor is possibly armed with handguns.
