Arica Tiffany Adams (Hazel E) (born April 25, 1980) is an American Entrepreneur, Publicist, Brand Consultant, Rapper, Reality TV Star, and Instagram Star.[1]
Arica Tiffany Adams (Hazel E) became famous after starring in the reality show Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood in 2014 as one of the main cast members of the season one, two and four of the show. She was a supporting cast member in season three.[2]

Arica Tiffany Adams was born April 25, 1950 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her father’s name is not known but her mother’s name is Angela Adams. Her father is Puerto Rican while her mother is African- American. [1]
Her mother has made an appearance on an episode of Iyanla: Fix My Life in 2018, in which she revealed that Hazel was molested by a female babysitter when she was younger. [1]

She starting her acting career in 1999, when she got a role in the movie The Parkers. In 2008, she got a role in the movie The Doctors.
She rose to fame in 2014, when she casted as one of the main cast in the season one of the reality series Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. The first episode aired on September 15, 2014. [2]
