Erin was born in Bartow and raised in Winter Haven. She attended Winter Haven High School.
Two weeks after she gave birth to her first baby girl, Angelina, on December 4th, 2009, Piche-Pitts fell asleep while Breast Feeding. She dozed off while the baby nourished herself. When she woke up, she found Angelina unresponsive and cold to the touch. She had died of Asphyxiation from "co-sleeping", according to the medical examiner at the time. [1]
On July, 2016, she was arrested and charged for possession Methamphetamine and violating her probation.

In the early morning of October 6th, 2016, Piche-Pitts awakened to the crying sound of her month old baby boy, Javier.
She picked him up from a bassinet.
She then prepared some formula in a bottle and settled back into bed.
She laid in bed, propped him up with a pillow, and nestling his head in the crook of her arm.
Then she dozed off.
After two and half hours passed, she woke up in a panic, and found Javier covered in blood with vomit coming out of his mouth.
She tried to revive him, and called 911, who succeeded in doing so.
He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
She was charged with a felony aggravated manslaughter of a child.
After prosecutors reviewed the affidavit and reports, she was arrested on Tuesday, December 20th, 2016.
She appeared before a judge the following day - it was not determined whether she had a lawyer.
