Antonios Pagourtzis is originally from Magoulista, Karditsa, Greece. He later immigrated to Houston, Texas.
Career
Antonios Pagourtzis worked at North American Marine, Inc which specializes in the repair and servicing of diesel cargo ships.
Personal Life
Antonios Pagourtzis legally married his wife, Rose Maria Kosmetatos on March 25, 2000.
At the time of the marriage Antonios was 45 years old while his wife was 30 years old.
Dimitrios Pagourtzis is one of the couple's children. Dimitrios was a member of a dance squad with a local Greek Orthodox Church.

Antonios Pagourtzis liked the Facebook pages of Fox News and Dana Loesch the spokesperson of the National Rifle Association. He also liked multiple Greek Facebook pages for places and businesses in Greece. Antonios posted several photos of himself on cargo ships related to his work at North American Marine, Inc on his Facebook profile. His wife, Rose Maria Kosematos made several Facebook posts about Christianity and one using Donald Trump's Make America Great Again 2016 campaign slogan. [1]
Santa Fe School Shooting
Dimitrios Pagourtzis used a .38 caliber revolver and a shotgun to kill 10 people and wound another 10 in a school shooting at Santa Fe High School on Friday, May 18, 2018. The guns used in the shooting were legally owned by Antonios Pagourtzis.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott said, "I have no information at this time whether the father knows the weapons were taken."
