Antonia Lopez is a resident of Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated from at Omaha Central High School.

Lopez is accused of throwing her newborn child out of the window of her Omaha, Nebraska home on September 30, 2016. Authorities believe she went into labor, gave birth in her bedroom and threw her baby girl from the second floor of her apartment building. She then told her mother what had happened. Lopez's mother found the baby in the grass, called 911 and gave the newborn CPR until paramedics arrived. The baby had died by the time she was transported to the hospital.

Lopez was booked into the Douglas County Youth Center for one count of felony Child abuse resulting in Death. She will be charged as an adult.

On March 24, 2017, she was sentenced to probation, live in a group home, seek therapy and delete her Facebook page by Judge Christopher Kelly.
