Anthony Morales is a 19 year old freshman at Northwestern University.
In March 2016, he was arrested and charged for spray-painting racist and homophobic messages along with the name of Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump inside a nondenominational chapel on the university's campus.
Matthew Kafker was also charged after being caught on surveillance video.
