Balcony Shooting
On the morning of June 5th, 2017, the police received a domestic disturbance call located at Logan's house.
Logan stood outside on the balcony of the second floor of his house speaking to the cops when they arrived.
Cops immediately guarded themselves and secured the area.
While Anthony stay on the balcony, one of his relatives exited the home and walked down the street - cleared to leave.
While at the same time, his sister remained inside.
Eventually she was escorted out and Anthony returned inside of the house from the balcony.
Tensions rose as Anthony continued to emerge from the house and onto the balcony, then he would later go inside.
Anthony eventually took out cigarettes and stood on the balcony.
In a sudden movement, it appeared that Anthony was going to pull out something from underneath, such as a gun, and the cops did not take the risk - he was immediately shot down.
The cops waited for almost two hours before paramedics entered and took him to Albany Medical Center.
The entire incident was caught on Facebook live by a neighbor, Robert van Outlar.
